located at the Bell Tower, Suite 201, 710 West Marine Corps Drive Hagåtña, Guam.

Five (5) copies of the Proposed Adverse Action Rules will be available for pick up at the Civil Service Commission office.
The Civil Service Commission office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., closed for lunch from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M., and closed on holidays.
Any interested party shall be afforded an adequate opportunity to participate in the formulation of the proposed rules through the presentation of facts, and arguments, or the submission of written data or reviews.
All relevant matters presented shall be given full consideration by the Civil Service Commission.
The public will have up to ten (10) days after the hearing to file written comments with the Commission.
